Sony’s latest Android smartphone, the Xperia E, will seemingly debut in the UK starting February 2013.
Officially unveiled by Sony last week, the Xperia E will run Android
4.1 Jelly Bean from day one – unlike all of the company’s other
smartphones introduced this year, which come with Android 4.0 Ice Cream
Sandwich (upgradable to Jelly Bean, of course).
Alongside Android 4.1, the handset features a 3.5 inch HVGA (480 x
320) display, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, DLNA, HSPA, GPS, xLOUD audio
technology, Sony Music Unlimited, active noise cancellation, 3.2MP rear
camera, a Qualcomm MSM7227A Snapdragon single-core processor clocked at
1GHz, 4GB of internal memory, MicroSD card support (up to 32GB), and a
1,530 mAh battery (for a talk-time of up to 6 hours). The device
measures 113.5 x 61.8 x 11 mm, and weighs 116 grams.{source}
